EXTENSION OF GHANA TEACHER LICENSURE EXAMINATION (GTLE) REGISTRATION DEADLINE
As part of the duties of the National Teaching Council, who ensures all potential teachers and inset teachers are registered and are issues with a licence.
A letter has been released addressing the extension of the deadline Ghana Teachers Licensure examination (GTLE) which was suppose to end on 29th February,2024 to 14th March,2024.
Below is the details of the release;
The National Teaching Council (NTC) wishes to inform all prospective candidates that the deadline for registration for the 2024 Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) 1, has been extended to Thursday, 14th March, 2024.
The Council took this decision after careful consideration of a petition received from the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG), requesting an extension of the registration which will help their Awarding Institutions upload the data of the qualified students from the Colleges of Education onto the NTC examination portal.
Due to this development, the examination date has been postponed from 17th to 19th March, 2024 to 22nd to 24th April, 2024.
