The Npp government led by H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo in 2019 created some new regions in Ghana, the then existed regions were ten(10) and now 16. The aim behind the creation of new regions is to decentralized infrastructure and develop rural communities and towns. Since it inception, most peoples keep accusing the government of doing nothing in the newly created regions.
Recently, Ahafo regional minister, Hon. George Yaw Boakye presented to Ghana the current state of Ahafo since it creation, constructions of various bungalows, roads,hospitals, district and regional officers etc. Hon. George Yaw Boakye made it clear that, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo is really working to make the newly created Ahafo region strong and not lacking infrastructure development, He( the regional minister) showed videos and images of the projects under construction.
