Ghana Education Service(GES) is set to audit it teachers in the Asunafo south district of the Ahafo Region. This message was sent from the various SISO’s to the various heads of basic schools to be delivered to teachers in the Asunafo south district.
Ghana Education service is undertaking a certificate audit for the re alignment of the subject teaching and to fish out fake certificates in the education system, I think this is a strategy to eliminate ghost name from the payroll.
The message that was sent across indicates that teachers should come along with the various documents for the exercise ;
1.first appointment letter.
2.Reposting letter i.e those who have been reposted before.
3.Ghana Card/Voter ID
4.Current payslip
5.Upgrading /promotional letter
It was made clear that the auditors will visit all schools today 22/09/2022. Initially they selected some schools and we informed them accordingly. Now they said all school must prepare for the exercise with the above mentioned documents, said the HR.
All teachers must take this exercise serious to avoid problems
