Technology integration: Familiarize yourself with the technology tools and platforms used for remote or hybrid learning, if applicable, and ensure that you have the necessary skills to use them effectively.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure that everyone is aware of any changes, updates, or concerns related to teaching and learning.
Self-care: Take care of your physical and mental health by getting enough rest, exercise, and proper nutrition. Also, seek support from colleagues, mentors, or professional development programs to address any challenges or stressors you may encounter as a facilitator.
