University of cape Coast together with Ghana Education Service,GES and Ghana National Association of Teachers,GNAT brought up a three semester program for diploma holders to be upgraded to degree. Before then it was four semesters program.
Most teachers enrolled into this sandwich program, the first and second cohort are done with the courses and left with graduation and certificate collection, it has been almost a year now since completion but the actual date and day for the graduation has not been communicated to the general public, date and days keeps coming which is found invalid.
The institute has released a letter to communicate to the general public about certificate collection and graduation.
The letter reads;
The university of cape Coast would not be able to hold congregation to confer degree and diplomas on students who took their studies and completed through sandwich mode under the institute of Education. The congregation will be held at a latter date to be announced by the university.
As a result of the above, the university will distribute the certificate at a designated centers to students who have met the requirements for graduation. The distribution centers will be announced in due course.
