Please be informed that there will be delays in the processing of loan applications due to the overwhelming numbers we have and continue to receive daily. Our team is working diligently to process the applications but the sheer volume will not allow us to meet our current turnaround time for loan disbursements with our existing workforce.
Should the current trend persist, loans would be disbursed from four (4) to six (6) weeks upon receipt of applications at the Fund Secretariat. However, if the situation normalizes, we will revert to the previous turnaround time.
We acknowledge that the delay may be inconvenient for those who have submitted loan applications and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We assure our members that we are doing everything we can to disburse loans to applicants as early as possible.
