Check out tertiary institutions that still have their admission portals open for new applicants.

Before COVID-19 stepped in universities mostly opens their portal for fresh applicants to apply in February and ends somewhere in June-July, the academic calendar then start in September and ends in July.

Now the academic calendar has changed due to the effect of COVID-19 which stepped in 2019 and 2020, in view of this academic calendar now starts from January, this has equally affected the sales of forms to new applicants, the forms are now made available in May and ends in November.

WACE Students who take their final paper every year and have the desire to continue straight away from SHS normal fills forms to the various universities to await the release of their results and then grant them admission if only they meet the required admission criteria after they have been passed their WASSCE successfully.

Some universities closed their portal for new applicants this year but after hearing the release of the WASSCE results, they have opened up the portal for new applicants.
